We have regular get-togethers at my "Do Not Eat Alone" parties where I prepare simple, healthy, unadulterated recipes from local organic products (and my limited imported products).  Want to try 6 of the worlds finest award winning olive oils?  3 kinds of authentic DOP Balsamic vinegars?  then eat them in freshyly prepared dishes with local produce.
